Some final full day fun...

Engineering in 3B!

Next week we are planning on engaging in some inventive engineering projects.  One of the projects that we will be undertaking involves creating geometric shapes using rolled tubes of newspaper and duct tape.  This will surely be a lot of fun for the children.  We need your help in order to do this project!  I am looking for donations of newspaper and duct tape.  Please send in your recycled newspapers in a neat pile stacked in paper bags.  No magazines or junk mail, please.  Thank you!

Our class trip to the Stevens Library

The children had a wonderful visit to the Stevens Memorial Library today.  Ms. Salenikas was a wonderful host and made sure to tell the children all about the variety of programs happening at the library this summer. Summer is a wonderful time to relax with a good book, magazine or audiobook.  Thank you to our wonderful town librarians for welcoming 3B today!

FIELD TRIP TOMORROW

Field Trip Tomorrow!!!!
Please have your child dress in weather appropriate clothing.  Sneakers or rainboots are encouraged; flipflops are not allowed.
We are walking to the Parson Barnard House for some historical lessons about North Andover.  We will then take a walking tour of Academy Road, learning about the history of the town through the tales of the older homes in the area.
It is sure to be a fun day! Let's hope for sunshine.

Last Library Class on Friday
